Permissions:

 <li>ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION: Optional permission that can be granted if FolderSync needs to detect SSID names on Android 9 or newer.</li>
 <li>ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to determine the current network state.</li>
 <li>ACCESS_WIFI_STATE: Needed to access information about the current WiFi state (e.g., SSID).</li>
 <li>CHANGE_NETWORK_STATE/CHANGE_WIFI_STATE: These permissions are necessary to enable turning WiFi on and off.</li>
 <li>CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATE: Required to auto-discover WebDAV, SMB, FTP, and SFTP servers using Bonjour/UPNP protocol.</li>
 <li>INTERNET: Necessary to access the internet connection for sending and retrieving files.</li>
 <li>READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Required to read from and write to the SD card.</li>
